My Approach: Charting Your Course to Real Success

I have the great privilege of helping my client chart their course to success.  My simple process allows them to define exactly where they would like to be, they determine where they currently are and we develop a simple, executable plan that will assist them in reaching their final destination.

My processes are geared toward small business owners and entrepreneurs who have either reached a plateau in their business or who are growing and need confirmation that they are set on the right path to success.

I have found that when my clients come to me, they sense a GAP between where they are and where they want to be in terms of one of three things:

1.Their company is not as profitable as they would like it to be.

2. They don’t feel they have the proper team in place to reach their desired destination.

3.They don’t have the time they would like to spend with the people who really matter in their lives.

I have found that I am able to close that gap for them by helping them grow with a purpose instead of by accident.  I accomplish this by using a strategic system that allows them to chart a clear and concise course to success.  This process begins with the end in mind.  I ask one simple question:  When do you know your business is complete? Once you know where you are going, we can then assess where you currently are in your quest.  Then, we can plan to either put you back on course, if you are off course.  Or plan to get you there quicker if you are currently on course.  Once you have the plan, then it is time to take action and track your progress, regularly review the plan and make the appropriate course corrections to keep you on track.

I do this because like a lot of people, I started the way a lot of us start.  You know, go to school, get a good job and live happily ever after.  There was no one in my early life to coach me on how to start and run a successful business.  I really enjoy seeing people make their dreams come true and for me to be a part of it by coaching them to success is a great joy.  I really believe what  Zig Ziglar said, “You will get what you want if you help enough people get what they want.”

My coaching style is the perfect blend of pure coaching and mentoring.  I believe my affiliation with John Maxwell and the John Maxwell Team is one of my greatest assets.  I have had three years of serious training on how to communicate with individuals and organization and how to coach and mentor busy executives.  What sets me apart from all the other coaches out there?  I believe that I have the perfect education from both the school of hard knock and great mentoring.  My 26 years of working in the oil and gas industry has set me up for success.  I have had the opportunity to work with both great and poor leaders and I know how leadership affects a business’s bottom line.
